Description

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a very well-known and one of the longest established property firms in this part of West London. Taking the role of Branch Lettings & Office Manager in their Ealing office you will be overseeing the Lettings Manager and Negotiators ensuring the smooth running of the office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the team, hold meetings and set and review targets
  • Ensure that the administration and lettings procedures are being upheld
  • To liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues and deal with queries

Candidate Profile:
  • Must have a strong background in Lettings (Senior Negotiator or Administration)
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Lettings regulations and processes
  • Experienced in a senior role/overseeing junior staff members
  • Excellent Communication and English skills
  • Natural leadership ability
  • Eye for detail and can prioritise workload for the team
