- Our client, a well-reputed Residential Developer is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to oversee and maintain the considerable growth of their prominent central London schemes. This region holds a superb portfolio of high-end developments throughout London and consequently requires someone with experience working at a senior level within New Home Sales.
Prerequisite experience for this role must be within residential development sales and marketing strategy in addition to leading large teams.
- Regular reporting to director level
- Knowledge of Central London new homes schemes
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience within New Homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
- Track record of successful launches and exhibitions
- Experience of reporting, pricing developments
- Experience in collating market research
