We are currently recruiting for an exciting (flexible office space) Business Development Manager based in Soho, Central London
This company is a flexible office / co-working space real estate brokerage that also offers building management and office leasing (managed operator) services.
This Position Offers:
Earnings of £60k -£80k+: base salary + uncapped monthly commissions + annual bonuses
Commercial Property Training: flexible-office leasing
A driving license is NOT required.
This role is Mon-Fri only with NO WEEKENDS!
Details of the Role & Benefits:
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays: 9am – 5:30pm
Salary, Commissions & Benefits:
£30,000 - £45,000 -2yrs+ of BD experience
Monthly Commissions: 3-6% of gross deal values you generate
Bonuses: Annual transaction fees bonus for achieving 80/90/100+% of target – with a target at £250,000 plus VAT of fees transacted and billed.
OTE: £60k - £80k+ depending on which end of the salary range
Holidays: 25 days of paid annual leave + 2 duvet days per annum + birthdays off + all statutory bank holidays

Job Overview:
This role is a B2B client relations role focused on face-to-face and over-the-phone lead generation; conducting client visits, attending building launches, social events, and networking opportunities to gain new clients. B2B skills are very important.
This role will focus primarily on the self-generation of opportunities that lead to successful transactions within the business.
These transactions will largely be focused within the flexible office market but may also be facilitated within other company business lines as a managed operator.
As required and available, leads may be passed over from within the business.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Self-generate transactional opportunities across all company business lines, and other partner organisations, with a primary focus on flexible office brokerage.
Identify targets and create opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Beauhurst, and other tools.
Build credible long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
As available, working with leads provided to book meetings and work towards a transaction.
Continuously strive to increase own virtual and physical networks, promoting the company and its services within those networks.
As required target and work with third-party organisations to share information, generate inbound referrals, and facilitate the giving of referrals.
Take ownership and responsibility for all leads under control. Ensuring actions are being completed in a timely manner, whether these are the employee’s responsibilities or others in the business.
Closing multiple self-generated deals from the above-mentioned pipeline from start to finish, as required.
Continuously strive to increase knowledge and understanding of various market sectors, through research, news following, and discussion, to improve client relationships and conversion.
Continuously strive to increase knowledge of the flexible office market, and commercial real estate market in general, to improve client advice and conversion.
Provide accurate reporting to line managers and wider business as required, including (but not limited to) opportunities forecasting and deal forecasting.
To keep accurate records of activity and timely population of the CRM(s) with client information and action history & planned actions.
Act in the best interests of the company at all times, and communicate any challenges limiting this in a timely manner.
Create excellent internal working relationships with the business and help to make your role and the wider business successful.
Achieve and exceed KPIs set out for performance.

Experience & Skills Required:
A minimum of 2yrs business development experience in any B2B sector
1-2yrs+ of commercial leasing/ flexible co-working space leasing experience is an advantage that is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal communication and written English language skills in order to deal with enquiries
Impeccable customer service skills
Computer literate with working knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional time management skills in planning, prioritising, and organisation with strong attention to detail
