We are urgently recruiting for a Client Account Administrator for our client, a very well-established international estate agency with multiple offices across London and throughout Asia.
The position is permanent and available for IMMEDIATE START.
Requirements for this Client Account Administrator role:
Some previous accounts experience is a necessity.
Any accountancy qualifications or experience within the property sector would be advantageous but not essential.
Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 - Depending on experience and qualifications
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 6pm
Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities-Client Account Administrator
Check those new tenancies entered into the system have been added correctly and in line with the terms of the agreement, including checking commission calculations
Following up on outstanding or inconsistent information
Check information for non-resident landlords
Deal with general day to day accounts office queries including:
Updating landlord / tenant / tenancy details
Verifying new bank account details with landlords
Assisting branches (UK and overseas) with queries such as confirming if funds have been received
Checking position on outstanding rents
Providing information to landlords and tenants
Providing copy statements and annual accounts summaries to landlords
Answering telephone call enquiries
Providing backup support to other colleagues in the team
