We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lettings Administrator for the lettings team of a very well-established prime London residential and commercial property consultancy in Marylebone.

About the Role

  • To apply for this position, you must have at least 1-3 years of experience as a lettings/tenancy administrator, coordinator or property management administrator with an estate agency / property company.

  • Remote interviewing process.

Salary

  • £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)


Hours 

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • To set up new tenancies on the system, carry out applicant referencing and ensure compliance with current legislation including AML and Right to Rent checks.

  • Prepare tenancy agreements for new tenancies and renewals, serve notices and ensure notices received from tenants are valid.

  • Maintain Gas Safety and EICR records and instruct works where necessary.

  • Assist the property managers with inspection appointments and preparing reports.

  • Update tenancy and property records continuously throughout the tenancy on CFP and deposit records on TDS.

  • Deal with end-of-tenancy deposit releases including submission of disputes to TDS if required.

  • Carry out regular Key audits

  • All other general administration tasks as required.


Requirements

  • 1 -3 years of experience as a lettings, tenancy property management coordinator/administrator.

  • Experience in the U.K. residential property industry

  • Ideally, you will be ARLA qualified or willing to study towards Level 3 Technical Award

  • Experience with CFP and/or REAPIT CRM.

  • Must have an interest in the property industry.

  • Able to coordinate people with locations, keys, times & dates over the phone.
