Our client, an established estate agency and property management company in Ealing Broadway, is currently looking for a Lettings Administrator that has 2-4 years of previous lettings administration experience.
Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000;potentially higher depending on experience
Working Hours:
9am to 6pm;
some flexibility to change work schedules with a shorter lunch
Responsibilities:
Property Management & Lettings Administration:
Answering phone calls
Arranging inspections, certificates and compliance for EPCs, GSCs, EICRs, PATs
Experience in management of let only stock and renewals
Experience in a very busy environment
Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
Draw up necessary documents for properties
Arrange tenancy extension agreements
Registering deposits
Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
Key signing in and out and key tracking
General lettings administration work
Data input
Required Skills:
A minimum of 2 year's previous lettings, sales or property management administration experience is essential for this role
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent eye for detail
Reliable
Good communication skills both written and oral
