Maintenance Handyman (High-end Residential).
Reports to After Sales Coordinator.

£30,000 + benefits.
Our client is recognised as one of South West London’s foremost high-end building contractors delivering prestigious projects of the highest quality.
They are now looking for an experienced and accredited Maintenance Handyman, this is primarily to carry out planned and reactive maintenance for the Aftersales and Small Works Division. Candidates will have use of a company van so will need to possess a clean driving license.
Accountabilities and Main Duties:
General property maintenance, including:
Annual maintenance of gutters, manholes, drain runs, gulleys, and hopper heads.
Small decorating works
Small plastering works
Painting
Small carpentry works
Lamp changing
Easing locks
Identifying leaks
Identifying boiler and mechanical issues
Jet washing of external areas
General repairs including making good external cracks
Small tiling works
Silicone repairs
Clear all plant & materials from the site when all works are complete
Collecting materials if required and when necessary
Further Responsibilities:
Entrusted with holding clients' keys and will be asked to give access to subcontractors, making sure that the property is correctly locked up when they have completed the required works.
Report any problems back to the After Sales Coordinator for further action.
Responsible for the company vehicle, small tools, and plant.
Expected to have their hand tools, including small power tools (110v).
A company vehicle will be issued. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is always well-maintained and clean, so as to represent the company in a positive, professional manner.
Company clothing will be issued free of charge. You are responsible for wearing the correct clothing and for keeping it clean, as to represent the company in a positive, professional manner.
A company mobile phone will be issued. This device is for work use only.
Responsible for filling in timesheets and logging company vehicle mileage.
