We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager in the Bromley area for our client; a very well-established property services (AST and leasehold) management company with multiple offices throughout Kent and SE London.
The position is ideal for someone with little or no experience in estate agency looking for a position to progress to a property manager position in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.
Requirements for this role:
A desire to work within the property / estate agency sector
A full and clean driving license. Use of a pool car is provided for company business
Experience with Radar or Reapit is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided
Salary:
£18,000 - £25,000: salary will depend on experience and qualifications

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the management of a property portfolio of private residential tenancies
Liaising with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
Liaising with private landlords and investment clients
Liaising with lettings negotiators across the company's network of offices.
Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
Carrying out property inspections
Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
Administering tenancy deposit returns
