We are urgently recruiting for a Client Account Administrator for our client, a very well-established international estate agency with multiple offices across London and throughout Asia.

The position is permanent and available for IMMEDIATE START.

Requirements for this Client Account Administrator role:

  • Some previous accounts experience is a necessity.

  • Any accountancy qualifications or experience within the property sector would be advantageous but not essential.


  • £24,000 - £26,000 - Depending on experience and qualifications


  • Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 6pm

  • Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities-Client Account Administrator

  • Check those new tenancies entered into the system have been added correctly and in line with the terms of the agreement, including checking commission calculations

  • Following up on outstanding or inconsistent information

  • Check information for non-resident landlords

  • Deal with general day to day accounts office queries including:

  • Updating landlord / tenant / tenancy details

  • Verifying new bank account details with landlords

  • Assisting branches (UK and overseas) with queries such as confirming if funds have been received

  • Checking position on outstanding rents

  • Providing information to landlords and tenants

  • Providing copy statements and annual accounts summaries to landlords

  • Answering telephone call enquiries

  • Providing backup support to other colleagues in the team
