We are currently recruiting for an exciting Commercial Property Negotiator position based in the West End, Central London with a boutique high-end real estate advisory.

  • This role offers a base salary + commissions up to 20% and £7,500 in bonuses.

  • To be considered, you must have at least one year of experience working in a commercial property agency.

  • A driving license is NOT required. This role is Mon-Fri only with NO WEEKENDS!

Benefits for their Commercial Property Negotiators Include:

  • Salary: £20,000

  • Commissions: minimum yearly target of £100,000

    • 10% on company instructions you transact on;

    • 20% on acquisitions / serviced office deals  / personal instructions / introductions

  • Bonuses: earn the following bonuses once you hit each of the following banking figures:

    • £2,500 - once you bank £100,000

    • £2,500 - once you bank £125,000

    • £2,500 - once you bank £150,000

  • Working Hours: Monday to Fridays 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Negotiator:

  • You will work within the Commercial team and in tandem with the investment/development department. You will be responsible for maintaining client relations, assessing applicants' needs, liaising with other departments in the firm, and helping and learning where necessary.


Working with like-minded, team-playing, and ambitious individuals, the role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Working alongside the commercial agency team

  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner 

  • Responding to queries from clients and prospective applicants via e-mail and telephone

  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients

  • Promoting properties via different mediums including social media channels

  • Liaising with tenants, applicants and landlords to identify their requirements

  • Administrative tasks

  • Booking and accompanying on property viewings and providing landlords with feedback

  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers

  • Working with all departments in the firm, helping and learning where necessary

  • Daily and weekly reporting to seniors


Experience & Skills Required - Commercial Property Negotiator:

  • A proven track record of

    at least one year working within a commercial property agency environment

  • Excellent verbal communication and written English language skills in order to deal with enquiries

  • Impeccable customer service skills

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications to compose correspondence, maintain spreadsheets and workload

  • Exceptional time management skills of planning, prioritising and organisation with strong attention to detail
