We are currently recruiting for an exciting Commercial Sales Consultant position based in the Marylebone, Central London area with an international commercial real estate brokerage that has an established and dominant presence over decades in mature global commercial property markets.

To be considered you must have:

  • 5yrs of direct sales experience, ideally, in the commercial / residential property sector but we will consider direct sales experience in other industries and other sectors

  • Experience and familiarity performing company KPIs.

  • Passion to progress and desire to learn.


This Position Offers:

  • A base salary + commissions up to 20% 

  • A driving license is NOT required.

  • This role is Mon-Fri only with NO WEEKENDS! 



Benefits for their Commercial Sales Consultants Include:

  • Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

  • Commissions:10% - 20% comms

  • OTE: £40,000 - £70,000

  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursdays 9am – 5:30pm;

    Fridays: 9am to 5pm

  • Office Team: 35

  • Induction & Training: commercial experience is not essential as training will be provided

  • Prime Central London location – too many West End coffee shops to choose from!



Responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Consultant:

  • This Commercial Sales Consultant position requires a dynamic and well-presented individual who will play a pivotal role in the company's continuing growth. You will be comfortable with communicating with clients over the phone with the ability to work to deadlines.


This role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Qualifying leads to ascertain requirements and provide clients with options for office spaces, guiding the client through the process of securing an office space and assisting in negotiating their deal with providers

  • Liaise with clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings

  • Strong ability to network, attend competitor events and building launches with the serviced office providers

  • Work closely with office providers to ensure a profitable relationship for both sides

  • Working to challenging monthly sales and KPI targets

  • Managing short and long-term sales cycles through to completion

  • Inputting accurate data onto the company CRM (salesforce) system to record communication history with each client



Experience & Skills Required - Commercial Sales Consultant:

  • 5 years of prior experience in property sales / any sales industry

  • Exceptional knowledge of the sales process

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

  • Ability to prioritise among competing tasks

  • Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM applications
