Base Salary: £27,000
Hybrid-Working: Birmingham office location
Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday).
Start Date: Immediate / After Notice Period
Two Stage Interview: 1st interview via Teams; final interview is office-based
Our client is a nationwide flexi-office / serviced office provider. They are currently seeking a Corporate Events Coordinator who is based in Birmingham (hybrid-working) for their nationwide portfolio of Flexi Offices, Meetings & Events space.
This company is a (commercial property) managed operator that is part of a larger group with multiple serviced / flexible office brands across approximately 50+ business centres throughout Scotland, England, and Wales.
Their services encompass office space leasing, business advisory services, commercial property finance and development.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Responsible for accurate inventory management, product delivery and customer experience to achieve revenue/contribution targets of all Events, Meetings, Coworking and new future products.
To be a part of a brand, new team that is building new products and revenue streams within a well-established leader in the world of coworking/flexible workspace/hybrid working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Operations:
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of co-working/ flexi office centres, availability, products, and services within the company's portfolio.
Onboard new locations to new channel partner, and event agent sites.
Ongoing management of broker partner listings to ensure product listings are current and an accurate representation. Update and refresh current listings/pricing/photos.
Work with flexi-office centres to assess inventory options in order to accept or reject bookings.
Allocate booking requests and reservations for all locations from the channel partners.
Work with nationwide flexi-office centres to provide seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Report and escalate service issues reported to the management.
Manage the billing and cash collection process.
Ensure all data is captured within system for consistent and accurate reporting.
Support with all administrative tasks related to Product & Services Development.
Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook) Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal as well as presenting
Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
