  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6pm

  • Friday: 9am - 5:30pm


A Digital Marketing & Content Executive is needed to join a friendly in-house marketing team with an international property consultancy and interior design firm with multiple offices across London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and mainland China. 

  • Our client is looking for a digital-first content marketeer to assist the marketing team with the implementation of various elements of the marketing mix.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working in a digital content and marketing role in the property sector (or a related industry) and have demonstrative skills that they can perform in this role. A grammar test will be given at the interview stage.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Writing 

  • Writing a wide range of content including long-form editorial (blogs, articles, speeches, reports), brand copy (advertising, webpages, emails) to short-form social media content, keeping marketing messages consistent and in line with company voice.

  • Copywriting, copy editing and proofing - able to write effective and engaging copy encompassing business insight and wider industry research.

  • Responsible for creating and distributing engaging multiplatform content tailored to our target audiences.


Web Marketing

  • Website management – work with the digital team to grow organic traffic and generate leads drawing insights from regular reporting and knowledge of website optimisation.

  • Writing, planning and overseeing the build and maintenance of website content including campaign, promotional, informative and navigation content. Regionalising content where necessary, tailored to specific international audiences.

  • Monitoring listings on websites & portals, correcting errors and ensuring content is refreshed and updated.

  • Deliver analysis and insight on published content with recommendations for future content enhancements.


Marketing Collateral

  • Development of high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including sales and promotional literature, brochures, leaflets and factsheets – hands-on involvement with writing, conceptualisation, creative direction and execution.

  • Producing corporate/sales/webinar presentations including webinar speech writing.

  • Coordination with London branches and international offices, responding to requests for online and offline marketing collateral.


Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Work with web agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns to support lead generation, with a focus on planning, concept development and execution.

  • Ability to take ownership and drive campaigns to market, maximising ROI.

  • Development of campaign messaging, copywriting and development of content and collateral including advertising creatives, infographics, videos etc.


E-marketing

  • Developing and executing regular campaign-based emailers and newsletters to our database – including copywriting and creative.


Video Marketing

  • Scripting & storyboarding of corporate/promotional/informational/social videos including briefing/liaising with photographers/videographers. Working with a video editor on post-production. Amplifying reach of videos.



SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

  • A strong track record of delivering new content and marketing materials, with experience in using digital marketing platforms essential

  • Creative and engaging copywriting skills

  • Strong experience in the full creative process - briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation

  • Experience working with WordPress, CMS, CRM and e-marketing systems

  • Working knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) would be ideal but not essential
