Salary: £50,000 - £75,000– Depending on experience and qualifications
Our client, a leading provider of façade glazing systems throughout the UK construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on one of their London-based projects. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for progression within an expanding business with turnover, in excess, of £12m per annum.
As a Project Manager, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high-value, high-rise commercial and or residential projects facade packages on time and within budget; ensuring, as Project Manager, the works are on target for project completion, working in line with company health and safety policy and ensuring budgets and quality of work is adhered to.
Responsibilities:
Managing, organising and leading works on site including ensuring there is adequate labour.
Liaising with and attending meetings with the main contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors.
Delivering high-value supply and fit contracts.
Ensuring QA is done and recorded correctly.
Arranging for materials to be delivered to sites
Ensuring progress on site is up to standard
Required Experience:
Experience working as a Project Manager on facade construction projects.
Specific experience with curtain walling or rain screen cladding systems.
Experience installing external facades.
Proven success in managing and delivering projects within budget and according to project deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions on own judgement.
