We are urgently recruiting for a Junior Sales Accountant for our client, a very well-established international estate agency with multiple offices across London and throughout Asia.
The position is permanent and available for IMMEDIATE START.
Requirements for this Junior Sales Accountant role:
Some previous accounts experience is not a necessity.
Any accountancy qualifications or experience within the property sector would be advantageous but not essential.
More importantly, our client is seeking someone who is organised, efficient, proactive and able to pay attention to detail.
Salary:
£25,000 - £26,000
- Depending on experience and qualifications
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 6pm
Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities- Junior Sales Accountant
Initially, these duties will not be your full-time responsibilities so you will begin by working on other tasks within the accounts group (such as dealing with rent guarantees).
Thereafter responsibilities will include the following:
Keeping track of all deals agreed (from UK and overseas offices)
Raising invoices when due
Dealing with queries and liaising between branches, clients and solicitors as required.
Following up for payment
Reporting as required
Negotiator commission claims
