Our client is a well-established multiple office estate agency with offices throughout Middlesex. They are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator for one of their Twickenham area offices.

SALARY:
£25,000 - £28,000;depending on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
Compile paperwork for property valuations & create Val Packs
Generate letters for Instructions and writing up property details
Chase Contracts, AMLs and property info sheet
Process property price reductions/ withdrawn/ fall throughs
Process 'Under offer'/ Exchange/ Completion
Assist manager with touting material and 123 letters
Photo management
Office Support
Office and individual IT management, phone and printer issues
Monitor and filter all calls to the MD office
Organise school fetes and local sponsorships with managers
Order and maintain bin bags and other office supplies
Maintain office appearance and sort any maintenance issues
Report RM/Zoopla issues and duplications
Marketing Projects
Create and manage glossy brochures
Portal management including banners and logos
Attend to company IT Issues
Business cards, letterhead, comp slips etc. – company stationery
Marketing campaign, including flyers and poster designs
Social media, blogs, review sites & testimonials
Miscellaneous
Arrange lunches for meetings
Teas and coffees for meetings and interviews
Tidying the basements/back areas, keeping all deliveries organised
Recycling weekly
Manage the kitchen rota and keep the courtyard/gardens clean
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED
You must be able to drive and have your own car
Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
Proficient in PowerPoint and Photoshop an advantage
Previous property admin experience
