Our client, an established and highly regarded estate agency in Hampstead, is currently seeking an AST Property Manager that has:
A minimum of 6 months of AST management or tenancy administration experience to oversee the management of a high-end residential portfolio of approximately 60 properties.
A driving license is NOT required for this position
Salary:
£25,000 to £33,000; depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities & Duties:
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties on behalf of high net-worth landlords by investigating and resolving tenant complaints in a timely manner, conducting regular property inspections and providing these reports to the respective clients.
Liaising with multiple contractors daily ensuring all works are carried out to the highest possible standard, as well as ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
Maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants.
Organising Monthly Gas Safety Certificates & Renewals
Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquiries
Updating available property lists/booklets canvassing letters, booklets, mailing cards
General office administration & filing
Dealing with management properties overseeing contract and maintenance works
Ensure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and landlords provide approval
Provide feedback to landlords and applicants in line with company standards
Prepare and arrange production of tenancy documentation within company guidelines
Keep landlords informed of all negotiations with prospective tenants
Required Skills:
Attention to detail – Haste work will/can lead to errors with potential complications.
Sufficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Clear communication and effective negotiation
Dressing and conducting oneself in a professional manner
