Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6pm

  • Friday: 9am - 5:30pm


A Social Media Content Executive is needed to join a friendly in-house marketing team with an international property consultancy and interior design firm with multiple offices across London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and mainland China. 

  • In this exciting opportunity, our client is seeking a candidate with a love and grasp of London life with experience working in a digital marketing or social media role – preferably within the property sector but they will consider experience from other sectors. 

  • Good grammar and the ability to develop compelling content, both written and visual, are essential for this role which is a varied position and you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Writing 

  • Developing ideas and writing a wide range of content for brand and project campaigns including long-form editorials, blogs, content marketing articles and innovative mixed-media short-form content for regular social media posts

  • Producing branded content for digital adverts, webpages, e-marketing newsletters & social media platforms

  • Writing engaging webinar speeches using business insights, market intel and wider industry research

  • Responsible for creating and distributing engaging multiplatform content tailored to our target audiences, keeping marketing messages consistent and in line with company style, language and voice.


Web Marketing

  • Website management; working alongside the digital team to grow organic traffic and generate leads drawing insights from regular reporting and knowledge of website optimisation.

  • Writing, planning and project management of new website content including campaign, promotional, informative and navigation content.

  • Working with the international marketing team assisting in the provision of regionalised content, tailored to specific international audiences.

  • Deliver analysis and insight on published content with recommendations for future content enhancements.

  • Provide assistance with the development of high-quality digital marketing collateral, including sales and promotional literature, e-flyers and factsheets. Ability to provide direction regarding the design and execution of collateral working with internal and third-party designers.

  • Putting together campaign budget proposals.


Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Work with web agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns to support lead generation, with a focus on planning, concept development and execution.

  • Ability to take ownership and work unsupervised to drive campaigns to market, maximising ROI.

  • Ability to create content and assets for digital use including initiatives for infographics and video content.


E-marketing

  • Preparing content for regular campaign-based emailers and newsletters to our databases.


Video Marketing

  • Scripting & storyboarding of corporate/promotional/informational/social videos including briefing/liaising with photographers/videographers. Working with video editors on post-production. Amplifying reach of videos.



SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a content marketing or similar role

  • Good listening skills and ability to work in a team

  • An evident record of creative and engaging copywriting skills

  • Strong experience in the full creative process - briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation

  • Experience working with WordPress, CMS, CRM and e-marketing systems

  • Working knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) would be ideal but not essential. 

  • The ideal candidate should possess (at least) Grade A at GCSE English Language /equivalent and have at least two years of experience working in a content role and possesses demonstrative skills that they can perform this job. A writing test will be given at the interview stage.
